Cooperative Use Agreement between Mason County and Fire District No. 16 - Interlocal Agreement COOPERATIVE USE AGREEMENT Mason County and Fire Protection District 16 agree to a cooperative use agreement for fuel, using the Mason County fuel facilities. (1) Mason County agrees to issue fuel cards to the vehicles and personnel designated by Fire Protection District 16 and to allow 24 hour access to the fuel facilities. (2) Fire Protection District 16 agrees to accept responsibility for the use of and charges to the cards issued. Lost cards should be promptly reported to the Mason County Central Shop. Phone 360-427-9670 x387 or x386. (3) Mason County will invoice the fuel usage by Fire Protection District 16 on a monthly basis. The bill will indicate date and time of purchase, location, product, quantity, cost and cards used. Payment is requested within 30 days. (4) The Mason County agrees to extend to Fire Protection District 16 the same per gallon fuel costs as charged to Mason County vehicles and equipment. The price of fuel is adjusted on a weekly basis. (5) This agreement remains in effect until revoked. The agreement may be revoked at any time in writing by either party.
