HomeMy WebLinkAboutCooperative Purchasing Agreement with Douglas County - Interlocal Agreement COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
In accordance with Chapter 39.34 RCW, the County of Mason and the County of Douglas
agree to a cooperative governmental purchasing agreement for various equipment and
supplies, using County of Mason competitively awarded contracts.
(1) The vendor(s) agree to extend to the County of Douglas the terms and conditions of
County of Mason contract(s).
(2) The County of Douglas accepts responsibility for compliance with any additional or
varying laws and regulations governing its purchases. Any purchases by the County
of Douglas shall be effected by a purchase order from the County of Douglas and
directed to the vendor.
(3) County of Mason accepts no responsibility for the performance of any of the
purchasing contract(s) by the vendor(s).
(4) County of Mason accepts no responsibility for payment of the purchase price by the
County of Douglas.
This agreement may be revoked at any time in writing by either party.
