Dear Inspector:
Attached is a builder plot plan with septic components for a property located at 221 E Shore Dr,
Grapeview, WA 98546. The customer has an upcoming project adding a new garage including a dry
storage room (no proposed plumbing).
The site has an existing home and permitted 2-bedroom septic system replaced/installed in 2018.
According to records,the existing system consists of a NuWater BNR-500 pretreatment tank and 1,000
gallon pump tank followed by 138 lineal feet of shallow pressure drainfield trenches(400+s.£).
We have set aside 400+ s.f. of drainfield reserve area,enough for a 2-bedroom septic in Type 3 soil
should it be needed in the future. This reserve area has no setback issues as it is 100+from any wells or
surface water. No soil is to be disturbed or removed in this area.
