AMENDMENT NO. ONE (01)
The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, equipment, material, and/or services
and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of the work set
forth in Exhibit"A" of the original agreement and incorporated herein.
Due to the need for additional road preparation work needed to ensure proper adhesion of
the chip seal, State Parks is prepared to modify the above-referenced agreement as
follows:
PAYMENT
Compensation for the additional work provided in accordance with this amendment has been
established under the terms of ROW 39.34.130. The parties have estimated that the cost of
accomplishing the additional work herein will not exceed Two Thousand and No/100ths
Dollars ($2,000.000).
Unless otherwise amended in writing, total compensation under this Agreement shall not now
exceed Sixty-Nine Thousand and No/1 00ths Dollars ($69,000.00).
Contractor will continue to document time and expenses in accordance with the terms of
the original agreement. An executed original of this amendment will be provided following
acceptance by State Parks as noted below. Digitally signed by Iglesias,
