MASON COUNTY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES
WITH
PARAMETRIX, INC.
This Amendment is made to the PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT between
MASON COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS and Parametrix, Inc. (Contract No. 2024-20) originally executed
by the MASON COUNTY 12/13/2024.
The parties agree to the following amendment:
1. Contract Term Extension:
The Agreement is amended to extend the contract expiration date to December 31,2027.
2. Contract Maximum Payout:
The maximum compensation payable under the Agreement is hereby increased annually from
$200,000 to$500,000 per year.
3. No Other Changes:
All other terms, conditions, and compensation provisions of the original agreement shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
