May 28, 2026—8:00 a.m.
Meeting was held hybrid—in-person and via Zoom. Members in attendance: Rachel Hanson,John
DeLeva,Kerry London Myers, Elizabeth Arbaugh,McKenzie Smith, Jennifer Beierle,Tanessa Noll.
1. Meeting was called to order.
2. Minutes could not be approved due to not having a quorum.
3. Discussion of Services to Contract for(Request for Proposals)
Discussion included potential improvements to the RFP process, including clearer KPIs,baseline
measurements, accountability, itemized invoices, and a more innovative approach to Visitor
Information Centers. Members also discussed clarifying the RFP requirements,potentially
separating VIC and Cultural Attractions RFPs, and improving marketing and event promotion
expectations. Suggestions included establishing baseline KPIs,identifying areas of confusion in
the RFPs,and using a shared mission or"North Star"to guide future RFPs and contracts.

No action was taken.
