Mr. Bennight,
On 6/17/2026 we dug pits next to the drainfield at the above referenced property. In excavating down
we found the top of drainfield starting at 19",4" of pipe below that and 18"of drainrock below the
bottom of the pipe for a total depth of 41"to the bottom of the drainfield.
This qualifies for a deep trench reduced drainfield (using the old standards books) of 71%. The installed
drainfield was 63ft instead of 80ft which translates to only a 78.75%drainfield size. As such,your septic
system is appropriately sized for a 2 bedroom residence.
