The purpose of this amendment is to award FY27 homeless response system allocations.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED THEREFORE: That the Original Contract is hereby amended as follows:
1. FUND SOURCE: Consolidated Homeless Grant DRF Backfill 2027
2. AMENDMENT TERM: July 1, 2026—June 30, 2027
3. BUDGET AMENDMENT:
Budget Category Fund Source FY27 Award
Administration DRF Backfill 2027 $5,200
Operations DRF Backfill 2027 $57,222
Total $62,422
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the original Contract and any subsequent amendments hereto
remain in full force and effect.
