The purpose of this amendment is to award FY27 homeless response system allocations.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED THEREFORE: That the Original Contract is hereby amended as follows:
1. FUND SOURCE: Consolidated Homeless Grant Housing and Essential Needs SFY 2027
2. AMENDMENT TERM: July 1, 2026—June 30, 2027
3. BUDGET AMENDMENT:

Administration HEN Admin 2027 $100,000
Rent HEN Rent/Facility Support 2027 $939,213
Operations HEN Operations 2027 $250,000
Total $1,289,213
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the original Contract and any subsequent amendments hereto
remain in full force and effect.
