KellyMadsen,Appellant, was present at the hearing. Elizabeth Zigler, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti McLean were present. The Appellant stated that the entire five acres are covered with water except for three months out of the year. Trees and other vegetation are now dying, and the wet land property is no longer useable and not buildable. The Assessoragreed that the land had a low and wet value three (3) and as such should be decrement by $29,455, a 70% decrement. Therefore, the Board overrules the value for the land and sets the new value at $29,455for a total of $29,455 for the subject parcel.
