This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 5/21/2026.
Gary & Lela Faye Criscione, Appellant, were not present at the hearing. Gabe Anderson, Appraiser, and
Assessor Patti McLean were present.
The Appellant stated the interior needed updating, portions of the exterior siding have rotted and need to be
replaced, and the golf course noise is excessive.
The Assessor provided four comparable sales, all of which supported the value of the subject property.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $37,385 and improvements at $195,370 for a total of
$232,755 for the subject parcel.
