This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 5/12/2026.
JenniferSprecher,Appellant, was present at the hearing. Elizabeth Zigler, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti
McLean were present.
The Appellant stated in her petition, “The property is completelyoffgrid, no power, no water. Has an
outhouse, no bath house. Very basicshelter with limited finish inside. Maggie Lake properties have power,
and most have water access. Their lots range from $35-85k. With access to power.”
The Assessor loweredthe originalassessmentof thesubject property after speaking with the Appellant and
offered an Assessment Roll Correction of $148,995.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $107,135 and overrules the buildings/improvements,
setting a new value at $41,860 for a total of $148,995 for the subject parcel.
