This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 5/5/2026.
Corey Chrisinger, Appellant, was not present at the hearing. Russ Milarch, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti
McLean were present.
The Appellant stated in his petition. “The value compared to what other houses in the area are being sold for
and I have done minimal work to this property in the last 2 years.”
The Assessor provided four comparable sales, all of which support the subject property’s value.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $82,850 and improvements at $617,700 for a total of
$700,550 for the subject parcel.
