Assessor’s True and Fair Value BOE True and Fair Value Determination
Land$53,050 Land $ 53,050
Improvements$ Improvements$
Minerals$ Minerals $
Personal Property$ Personal Property $
Total Value$53,050 Total Value$ 53,050
This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 4/28/2026.
Sohan Singh, Appellant, was present at the hearing. Dan Holman and Ms. Beers, who testified, were also
sworn in. Gabe Anderson, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti McLean were present.
The Appellant did not provide sufficient evidence to support a reduction in value, including comparable
sales data, a statement from the Fire Marshal, or photographs of the subject property. The insurance policy
provided did not include a professional appraisal; therefore, it was not sufficient evidence of the property’s
value.
The Assessor provided a trend-line analysis plotting comparable sales. The comparable sales support the
assessed value of the subject parcel.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $53,050 for a total of $53,050 for the subject parcel.
