Dusty Zacher, Appellant, was present at the hearing. Caleb Cowles, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti McLean were present. The Appellant testified that he physically inspected several comparable sales, all of which sold for amounts below the assessed value of the subject property. The Appellant further stated that manufactured homes depreciate. The Assessor provided three comparable sales, all of which supported the subject property’sassessment. The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error. The Assessor also stated that she would call the Appellant about the Senior Citizen and People with Disabilities Exemption from Real Property Taxes program. Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $89,835 and improvements at $392,435 for a total of $482,270 for the subject parcel.
