Haley Landsiedel, Appellant, was not present at the hearing. Caleb Cowles, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti McLean were present. The Appellant referencedthe home next door and the home across the street. She also stated that the neighborhood has increased traffic and noise. Most of the comparable sales that she provided all sold for more than the assessed value. The Assessor provided four comparable sales, all of which support the assessed value of the subject property. The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error. Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $31,415 and improvements at $292,320 for a total of $323,735 for the subject parcel.
