This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 3/31/2026.
Charles & Linda Boyd, Appellant, were not present at the hearing. Gabe Anderson, Appraiser, and
Assessor Patti McLean were present.
The Appellant stated in her petition that an appraisal was done but not included in her evidence to the
Board. No comparable sales were provided.
The Assessorprovided four comparable sales, all of which supported the assessed value.The change in
value was to correct an administrative error.
Therefore, the Board overrules the value for the land at $184,470 and sustains the improvements at
$590,985 for a total of $775,455 for the subject parcel.
