Having considered the evidence presented by the parties in this appeal, the Board hereby:

This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 3/31/2026.
Terry Wright, Appellant, was present at the hearing. Gabe Anderson, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti
McLean were present.
The Appellant was unaware of the Assessment Roll Correction presented by the Assessor’s Office. Once he
had the opportunity to review the revised assessment, he accepted it.
The Assessor provided four comparable sales on a grid which supported the Assessment Roll Correction.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $261,665 and overrules the improvements, setting a
new value at $976,365 for a total of $1,238,030 for the subject parcel.
