This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 3/24/2026.
AlexanderKiwerski, Appellant, was not present at the hearing. Russ Milarch, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti
McLean were present.
The Appellant presented three comparable sales, which the Assessor’s office placed on a grid and adjusted
accordingly.
The Assessor presented three comparable sales, one of which was the same as the Appellant’s.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $61,465 and overrules the improvements, setting a
new value at $653,860 for a total of $715,325 for the subject parcel.
