CANCELLATION OF DELINQUENT PERSONAL
PROPERTY TAXES
WHEREAS, County Treasurer, Dorene Rae, has submitted a
list of delinquent personal property taxes for the years 1975 and 1976
in the total amount of $5,766.18; and
WHEREAS, the said County Treasurer requires an order of the Superior
Court of Mason County to cancel these taxes from the personal property
tax rolls; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is
hereby, directed to petition the Superior Court of Mason County, Washington,
for an order to cancel the following personal property taxes:
