BUDGET TRANSFER MEMORIAL BUILDING
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Memorial
Building for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the Memorial
Building budget to accommodate said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and
necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amounts be
transferred:

573-90-48 Maintenance & Repair 180.08
573-90-40 Other Services & Charges 317.50
$781.00
573-90-42 Communications 100.00
573-90-46 Insurance 181.00
573-90-47 Utilities 500.00
Total Transfer $781.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor
be authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the
ledger cards affecting the Memorial Building Budget.
ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1982.
