NON -DEBATABLE EMERGENCY
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Mason County, in regular session assembled, that a
non -debatable emergency is unanimously declared to exist for
the following purposes: $16,289.91 is needed in the Sheriff's
Budget to pay back wages of Leon Smith, per court order.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Mason County this 8th day of November , 19 82
