BUDGET TRANSFER - SHERIFF
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Sheriff
for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the Sheriff's
budget to accommodate said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and
necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amounts be
transferred:
From: $20,000 521-20-10 Salaries & Benefits
13,500 521-20-20 Benefits
1,500 521-20-31 Supplies
To: $35,000 521-20-10.A Retroactive Pay (Leon Smith)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor
be authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the
ledger cards affecting the Sheriff's Budget.
ADOPTED this 8th day of November, 1982.
