BUDGET TRANSFER - PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Mason County
Prosecuting Attorney for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the Prosecuting
Attorney's Budget to accommodate said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amounts be transferred:
$ 4,668.00 from Deputy Prosecutor #3 (515.21.10)
amount of
to: Extra Help (515.21.10) $2,989.00
and
amount of
to Miscellaneous (515.21.49)$1,678.00
Miscellaneous includes Psychiatry, Books, Printed
Forms, Securing Evidence, and Jurors
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Prosecuting Attorney's Budget.
ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1982.
