ESTABLISHMENT OF PETTY CASH FUND
AUDITOR
(SUPERCEDES RESOLUTION NO. 76-82)
WHEREAS, the Mason County Auditor has requested the
establishment of a Petty Cash Fund: and
WHEREAS, the State Auditor recommends a minimum balance
in the Petty Cash to meet daily operational requirements of the
Mason County Auditor's office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of
Mason County Commissioners authorizes the establishment of a
Petty Cash Fund in the amount of two hundred twenty five dollars
($225.00) to offset reimbursables and NSF checks.
