RENAMING OF HERRICK ROAD
WHEREAS, on July 22nd and 29th, 1982, the Board of Mason
County Commissioners did have prepared and published a Notice
of Hearing on their intention to rename Herrick Road, County
Road No. 8989; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held on August 9th, 1982, and
public input was received; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest of the
citizens of Mason County to rename said road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason
County Commissioners that the following road be renamed as
listed below.
ROAD NAME
Herrick Road
CO RD NO CHANGE TO
8989 Mountain Lake Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is hereby
directed to post such signs as necessary to enact this
resolution.
