BUDGET TRANSFER - DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Mason
County District Court for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the District
Court's Budget to accommodate said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and
necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount be
transferred:
480.00 from the Clerk position (Salaries & Wages)
to: Extra Help (008-512-40-10)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor
be authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the
ledger cards affecting the District Court Budget.
ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1982.
