SPEED LIMIT
MASON COUNTY ROAD
WHEREAS, the speed limits on County roads in Mason County, Washington,
were fixed by Resolution on April 20, 1981, as 50 miles per hour, except cer-
tain roads as otherwise posted; and,
WHEREAS, existing conditions on the Beeville Road (Co. Road No. 0165)
where it intersects with the Beeville Loop Road (County Road No. 0142), Mile
Post 2.66 northerly to its end at Mile Post 4.15 (a dead end road), warrants
a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, except the existing 10 mile per hour speed
limits on the bridges;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the speed limit of 25
miles per hour is effective immediately on the above -referenced portion of the
Beeville Road (County Road No. 0165) and the County Engineer is directed to
erect the necessary speed limit signs in conformity herewith.
