ESTABLISHMENT OF PETTY CASH FUND
AUDITOR
WREZS, the Mason County Auditor has requested the establishment
of a Petty Cash Fund; and
WHEREAS, The State Auditor recommends a minimum balance in the
Petty Cash to meet daily operational requirements of the Mason County
Auditor's office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Mason County
Commissioners authorizes the establishment of a Petty Cash Fund in the
amount of three hundred dollars ($300.00) to offset reimbursables
and NSF checks.
