RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SPEED LIMIT
Beeville Road
County Road No. 0165
WHEREAS, the speed limits on County roads in Mason County, Washington,
were fixed by Resolution on April 20, 1981, as 50 miles per hour, except cer-
tain roads as otherwise posted; and,
WHEREAS, existing conditions on the Beeville Road (Co. Road No. 0165)
where it intersects with the Beeville Loop Road (County Road No. 0142), M.
P. 2.66 northerly to its end, M. P. 4.15 (a dead end road), warrants a speed
limit of 25 miles per hour, except the existing 10 mile per hour speed limits
on the bridges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Engineer report thereon,
and the Clerk of the Board shall fix a time and place for hearing the report
as required by statute, and that the Prosecuting Attorney be requested to re-
view and give approval to the steps herein ordered.
