COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
BEEVILLE ROAD - No. 0165
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47.48.010, the Beeville Road,
County Road Number 0165, lying within Section 26, Township 21 North, Range
6 West, W.M., shall be closed to all through traffic at Mile Post 3.17
(Peterson Creek) for two days. The closure will be in effect between 8:00
A.M., Wednesday, September 8, 1982, and 4:30 P.M., Thursday, September 9,
1982.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners have declared
the above described road closure a public necessity to facilitate the instal-
lation of two arch culverts in the location of the existing Palmer Bridge;
and that the unrestricted use of said road during the planned construction is
considered dangerous to traffic.
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed as
prescribed by law.
ADOPTED THIS 30th day of August , 1982.
