ADOPTION OF MASON COUNTY'S 1982 FINALIZED BUDGET
WHEREAS, on 11 December 1981, pursuant to RCW 36.40.070 and
RCW 36.40.071, the Mason County Board of Commissioners adopted the
1982 Mason County Budget; and
WHEREAS, said budget was subject to revisions pursuant to
labor contract negotiations which were in progress at the time
of adoption; and
WHEREAS, said labor contract negotiations have been completed;
an d
WHEREAS, a Notice of Hearing was published on July 19, 1982
and July 26, 1982, that the 1982 Finalized Budget for Mason County was
available for inspection, and would be considered for adoption on
August 2nd, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mason County
1982 Finalized Budget, as set out in detail in the budget document,
is hereby adopted, and a copy entered in the minutes of the Board,
and a copy be forwarded to the Division of Municipal Corporation.
