RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD
(Extension of Larson Lake Road - County Road No. 8587)
WHEREAS, on Monday,
August 9th
, 1982, in conformance with
RCW 36.81.010, the Board of County Commissioners entered upon their minutes
a motion delcaring their intention to establish as a County Maintained Road
that portion of an existing road lying between Larson Lake Road, County Road
Number 8587, at Mile Post 0.50, and the dedicated right-of-way designated as
County Road Number 8925, Larson Lake Drive, located within the Plat of Beards
Cove, Division 8; said road being approximately 900 Lineal Feet, and is lo-
cated in Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 1 West, W.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed road is a public neces-
sity and that the County Engineer be directed to report thereon, and the Clerk
of the Board shall fix a time and place for hearing the report as required by
statute, and that the Prosecuting Attorney be requested to review and give ap-
proval to the steps herein ordered.
