RESOLUTION NO. 62-82
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1, Chapter 45, Laws of
1980, the legislative authority of each county may by resolution classify and
designate portions of county roads as primitive roads, and
EIEREAS, the County Road Engineer has examined the list of county
roads to be classified and designated as primitive roads, and
WHEREAS, each County road described on the list is not now
classified as part of the County primary road system, as provided for in RCW 36.
86.070, and
WHEREAS, each County road described on the list has either a
gravel or earth driving surface and has an annual average daily traffic of one
hundred or less, and
WHEREAS, the County roads to be classified and designated as
primitive County roads are listed as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners
does classify and designate each County road described on the list as a primitive
road and orders the County Road Engineer to mark each primitive road in accordance
with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
