Redistricting of Commissioner Districts MCC Chapter 1.12.50RESOLUTION NO. 56-82 WHEREAS RCW 36.32.020 authorizes the redistricting of County Commissioner Districts; and, WHEREAS, following public hearing it was determined to be in the best interest of the citizens of Mason County to conduct such redistricting, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Chapter 1.12.500 of the Mason County Code is hereby amended so that the voting precincts are allocated to the commissioner districts as shown on attachment A and Chapter 1.12.500 shall read as shown on attachment B.
