RESOLUTION NO. 55-82
A RESOLUTION of the Board of County Commissioners
of Mason County, Washington, fixing the interest
rates on assessments levied in County Road
Improvement Districts Nos. 2 and 3.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MASON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, that the interest rates on the install-
ments and delinquent payments of the special assessments in Road
Improvement District No. 2, created by Resolution No. 20-81, and
Road Improvement District No. 3, created by Resolution No. 21-81,
are revised and fixed at the rate of 13% per annum, which is one-
half of one percent more than the interest rate for the Consolidated
Road Improvement Districts Nos. 2 and 3 Bonds of the County, dated
July 1, 1982.
ADOPTED at a regular open public meeting of the Board of
Commissioners of Mason County, Washington, this l9th day of
July , 1982.
