RESOLUTION NO. 44-82
AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the total sum of $3.00 having been paid into the registry
of the Clerk by Glenn E. Correa, as cash bond in Probate Cause Nos. 3047,
#2260 and ##2563, and
WHEREAS, said $3.00 was transferred to the Mason County Treasurer
on June 10, 1975 for the Current Expense Fund due to the passage of time,
and
WHEREAS, said $3.00 was reported to the Department of Revenue on
December 21, 1981 as unclaimed property by the Mason County Clerk in
accordance with the Judgment entered in Kitsap Co. Cause #81-2-00377-8,
and
WHEREAS, Glenn G. Correa is now claiming his right to the return
of this unclaimed property,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mason County
Commissioners that the Mason County Treasurer issue a remittance from
Current Expense in the sum of $3.00, payable to Glenn G. Correa, as
his portion of unclaimed property reported to Department of Revenue
on December 21, 1981
ADOPTED this l4th day of June 1982.
