BUDGET TRANSFER - JUVENILE COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the Mason County
Juvenile Court Administrator for a transfer of funds and the
creation of a new line item - Capital Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available in line item, Miscellaneous
to cover said budget transfer; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the request is reasonable and nec-
essary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason
County Commissioners, by the authority of RCW 36.40.100, that a
new line item for Capital Expenditures (Electrical Installation)
be created and that the following amount be transferred into it:
$446.28 from Miscellaneous 527-10-59 to Capital Expenditures
(Electrical Installation 527-10-65, for purchase of services
necessary for the Juvenile Court Information System Computer
Installation.
$172.76 for the Mason County Clerk's Expenditure item 514-
23-65, to Capital Expenditures (Electrical Installation) 527-10-
65.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners
that the Auditor be authorized to make the necessary transfer
entries on the ledger cards effecting the Juvenile Court Budget.
