COMMISISONERS RESOLUTION No. 38-82
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT No. 871 - Revised
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 5009 known locally as the
Brockdale Road, and more specifically located in T 20N. R3W „ W.M.].98Sec: 6,
as "construction" in the , M.P. to M.P. 2.98 , work defined
BARS Manual, Page II-63, et seq, is determined to be
necessary and proper, and
WHEREAS, this project is identified as # 107 on the officially adopted
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM ISSIONERS that it is
their intention to revise the original CRP 871 to include construction costs.
Grade, drain and surface with asphalt concrete.
Note: Realignment and construction is to be accomplished by County forces up
to the point of paving. Paving will be accomplished by contract under
the same CRP Number when all other work is finished.
and that said work is to be performed by (day labor)/n(contract) in accordance with
the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as
adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is
necessary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out
as follows:

Engineering $ 8,261 - Const. Eng.

Road Construction 165,232
Bridge Construction
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity, and the County Road Engineer is HERBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report
and proceed thereon as by law, provided, and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
