COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47.48.010, the Dayton -
Airport Road, a County road lying within Section 17 and 18, Township 20
North, Range 4 West, W.M., shall be closed to through traffic AT THE INTER-
SECTION with SIMPSON TIMBER COMPANY'S railroad tracks between the hours of
7:30 A.M. and 7:30 P.M. on Saturday, April 17, 1982.
THE BOARD OF MASON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HEREBY RESOLVE to place the
above closure in effect. Such road closure is declared a public necessity
in order to perform necessary track maintenance and the unrestricted use is
considered dangerous to traffic.
THE COUNTY ENGINEER IS HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to proceed as pre-
scribed by law.
ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1982.
