CaiMISSIONERS RESOLUTION No. 26-82
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT No. 964
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 0445_ known locally as the
Highland Road, and more specifically located in

work
defined as "construction" in the BARS MAnual, Page 11-63, et seq, is determined t-
be necessary and proper, and
WHEREAS, this project is hereby made a part of the officially adcpted county
annual road program pursuant to RCW 36.81,130 and assigned # 11 thereon.
THEREFORE, BE rT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
their intention to
Scarify existing surfacing, add base gravel equal to ten inches, add
emulsified asphalt to the top three inches to provice an asphalt treated
base, and surface with two shots Class"A" B.S.T., all between the follow-
ing approximate Mile Posts: 0.75 to 0.85

and that baid work is to be perforr! d by (day labor) (corAMM) in accordance with
the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as
adopted by Mason County,
BE IT ruaTmat RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is
necessary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out
aa follows:
Engineering $ 2,500
Right -of -Way
Road Construction 25,000
Bridge Construction
Engineers Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity, and they County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report
end proceed thereon as by law, provided, and in aecordAnce with VAC 136-18.
