RESOLUTION NO. 25-82
RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MASON COUNTY, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, Mason County is the record owner of the following described real
estate; See attachment hereto
WHEREAS, in the improvement of SR 101, Shelton to Purdy Canyon by the State
of Washington, Department of Transportation, it is necessary and advisable for
the State of Washington to acquire title to all road right of way and easements,
recorded and unrecorded, rights and appurtances for that portion of the Shelton -
Springs Road, a County road, lying within the proposed right of way limits of
said state highway and more specifically shown on Sheet 5 of 8 Sheets of the plan
of said highway.
WHEREAS, after due consideration by the Board of County Commissioners of
Mason County, it appears to the said Board that it will be for the best interests
of both Mason County and the State of Washington that Mason County convey said
lands to the State of Washington by Quit Claim Deed for a consideration of Mutual
Benefits;
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Mason County, Washington that Mason County in accordance with RCW 47.12.040 and
through its Board of County Commissioners to deliver said deed to the State of
Washington, Department of Transportation.
PASSED and APPROVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners the lst
day of March , 1982.

ATTACHMENT
