COMMISISONERS RESOLUTION No. 24-82
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO.968
WHEREAS, on Mason County
Belfair Tahuya Road
as "construction" in the BARS
necessary and proper, and
Road No. 9750 known locally as the
Road, and more specifically located in
, M.P. 10.15 to M.P. 12.03 , work defined
Manual, Page 11-63, et seq, is determined to be
WHEREAS, this project is identified as # 15 on the officially adopted
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve 1.78 miles of the Belfair Tahuya Road by paving
with Class "B" Asphalt Concrete, twenty-two feet (22') wide, with a compacted
depth of one and three quarters inches (1 3/4").
and that said work is to be performed by (syxbsiaor) (contract) in accordance with
the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as
adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project it
necessary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out
as follows;

The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public .�
necessity, and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report
and proceed thereon as by law, provided, and in accordance with WAC 136-18,
