CRP 967 Arcadia RoadMASON COUNTY CO MISISONERS RESOLUTION No. 23-82 COUNTY ROAD PROJECT No. 967 WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 9110 known locally as the Arcadia Road Road, and more specifically located in , M.P. 1.45 to M.P. 2.8i work defined as "construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63, et seq, is determined to be necessary and proper, and WHEREAS, this project is identified as # 13 on the officially adopted county annual road program. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COrL1ISSIONERS that it is their intention to improve 1.42 miles of the Arcadia Road by paving with Class "B" Asphalt Concretes twenty-two feet (22') wide, with a compacted depth of one and one -quarter inches (14"). Included in this project will be the paving of four V-12 design intersections. and that said work i to be performed by (dar lsinora (contract) in accordance with the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County© BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project_ are herewith set out as follows: Engineering $ 2,505 Right -of -Way Road Construction 50.100 Bridge Construction Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer. The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public .-, necessity, and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law, provided, and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
