COUNTY ROAD PROJECT No. 966
WHEREAS, on Mason County
Matlock -Brady
as "construction" in the BARS
necessary and proper, and
Road No. known locally as the Shelton -
Road, and more specifically located in
, M.P. 10.78 to M.P. 13.30 , work defined
Manual, Page II-63, et seq, is determined to be
WHEREAS, this project is identified as # 14 on the officially adopted
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve 2.52 miles of the Shelton- Matlock -Brady Road by
paving with Class "B" Asphalt Concrete, twenty-two feet (22') wide, with a com-
pacted depth of one -tenth foot (1/10').
and that said work is to be performed by � • :.x,: xk b r) (contract) in accordance with
the Washington State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as
adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is
necessary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out
as follows:

Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity, and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report
and proceed thereon as by law, provided, and in accordance with WAG 136-18e
ADOPTED this 22 day of February 19.82
