Authorization to Deed Tidelands to the Port of GrapeviewRESOLUTION NO. 19-82 WHEREAS the Port of Grapeview (Grantee), a municipal corporation situated in Mason County, State of Washington, has petitioned the Board of Mason County Couunissioners (Grantor) to quit claim certain tide lands as described below to the Grantee; and, WHEREAS the Grantee built a boat ramp in approximately the year of 1960 over said tidelands and has maintained said boat ramp for public use since its construction; and, WHEREAS the Grantor anticipates no other foreseeable use for said tidelands and believes that the public interest will be best served by quit claiming said tidelands to Grantee; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Grantor shall quit claim to Grantee all of Grantor's present or future interests in those tidelands described as: Tidelands of the second class lying easterly and abutting GRISWOLD AVENUE as shown in the plat of Detroit as recorded in the records of Mason County, :Volume .1, Page 23, State of Washington; their frontage being a distance of approximately sixty (60) :feet AND THAT an executed quit claim deed for said tidelands shall be delivered to Grantee by Grantor upon delivery of one dollar(s) to Grantor by Grantee.
