EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at:the time of making the budget for the
year 1982 , it is.neceSsary.to-make-.proision for emergency
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW .36_40.140, to
. meet an outstanding obligation of. the Memorial Building Budget
in the sum of $1,450 for the insulating of the Memorial Building.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners:
That the 22nd . day of February , 19, 82 at
the hour of 9:30
o'clock in the morning, the Board of
County Commissioners of Mason County, at the County Courthouse,
Shelton; Washington,. be andthe same is hereby fixed.as the
- time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of .the
emergencyAppropriationto. the budget for the Memorial Building
Fund in the estimated amount of $ 1,450 for the above -
mentioned jpurposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is
authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such
hearing to be:published as_providedby law
