This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 4/2/2026.
Jeffrey Hunt, Appellant, was present at the hearing. Caleb Cowles, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti McLean
were present.
The Appellant presented three comparable sales, one of which the Assessor also used.
The Assessor presented three comparable sales, one of which was the same as the Appellant. The sales
presented support the value.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $63,145 and improvements at $430,955 for a total of
$494,100 for the subject parcel.
