Land$82,015 Land $ 82,015
Improvements$345,580 Improvements$ 345,580
Minerals$ Minerals $
Personal Property$ Personal Property $
Total Value$427,595 Total Value$ 427,595
This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 3/17/2026.
NeilBeckman,Appellant, was present at the hearing. Gabe Anderson, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti
McLean were present.
The Appellant argued that he believed the assessment value of his home’s square footage was too high. He
stated that no other homes in his area were selling for that high of a value. He also stated that he had not
done any upgrades to his home in 23 years. He felt that the assessment on his home was higher than the
average assessments per square foot on homes from neighboring counties. He provided one comparable sale
for the assessment period.
The Assessor provided four comparable sales within the correct time period. As adjusted, the sales support
the assessed value of the subject property.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $82,015 and improvements at $345,580for a total of
$427,595 for the subject parcel.
