This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held on 3/10/2026.
Robert Allred, Appellant, was not present at the hearing. Russ Milarch, Appraiser, and Assessor Patti
McLean were present.
The Appellant did not offer any evidence, except for an appraisal conducted inAugust of2025 by a state-
certified appraiser for the purchase of the home via VA loan.
The Assessor stated that the Appellant called during the protest period in 2025 and was sent a second notice
of value totaling $743,520.
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $84,730 and improvements at $658,790 for a total of
$743,520 for the subject parcel.
